French competitor brands were investigated to generate a detailed study of Origins positioning, product, price, and packaging. Introduced innovative concepts for Origins’ media exposure, distribution networks, and brick-and-mortar presence. New techniques for increasing customer connection were proposed, including a media strategy, communities & advocacy, & consumer interaction
